Parents, friends, and guests need to present the invitation card (QR Code) to enter the campus.

• Children under 12 years old are not allowed on campus.
• Balloons, horns, fire crackers are not allowed on campus.
• Seats are available on a first come first served basis. No seat reservation is allowed.

Byblos Campus 

Parking for family and friends

Gates for parents and friends open from 6:00 until 7:55 pm.

Please be sure to inform your parents and friends of the special security measures taking place, and corresponding delays, and ask them to come early.

• Parkings A/B are free of charge
• Church Parking & Uniview parking are payable to the private valet parking company

Parking map

Public parking space for families and friends in Parkings A & B, with shuttle bus transportation to the commencement area through the upper gate are available in the following order on first-come first served basis at:

• The upper parking space will be closed to all cars except to the Ambulance and Civil Defense.
• The Church Parking next to upper gate, walking distance to Commencement, payable to the private valet company.
• Parking B. (Left side parking going up to lower gate) (180 cars). The exit is straight down the main road. (Bus shuttle is available to bring the guests up to the Commencement Area).
• Parking A.  (Right side parking going up to lower gate) (200 cars). The exit is straight down the main road. (Bus shuttle is available to bring the guests up to the Commencement Area).

Parking for LAU graduating students

• LAU graduating students can park in the UG parking entering from the ramp under the Medical School Entrance and leaving the same way, or through the science parking to the lower gate.

Parking for faculty and staff

• Science parking is reserved strictly for faculty and staff who are attending the commencement.
• Protection/Hospitality/Maintenance staff have to park their cars under Dorm B, from Ramp entrance.

Important Information

There will be NO parking in the following areas:

• Roads to campus starting Parkings A & B towards the lower gate,  passing infront of Dorm B all the way up to Block A
• Road from UNIVIEW towards Chronus to the exit gate behind the engineering building (ELRC).

Beirut Campus 

The lower gate will be open for guests from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m.
