Congratulations Spring 2025 Graduates!

The online diploma clearance process will open on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 for you to be able to request the “Official LAU degree/ Diploma”.

Starting Wednesday, June 25 and after completing the online clearance process, you can pass by the Registrar’s Office (campus of your graduation) to pick up the diploma in person — the Helpdesk window service will be available for this purpose Monday–Friday from 11:00 to 13:30 (on working days).

In case you cannot come in person and have not already specified the name of the receiver online, please send an email to your campus (registrar.beirut@lau.edu.lb OR registrar.byblos@lau.edu.lb) specifying the name of the authorized person to pick up the diploma on your behalf (who will need to present his/her Identity document).

You can start requesting documents such as statement of graduation, transcripts, etc., through the online E-Request system starting June 9. As for requests related to authentication of your diploma, they can be requested only after you pick up the diploma, using the online Request platform (after June 25).

Important notes:

• Please check your banner for “Holds” before requesting the diploma. 
• If you are requesting more than one diploma (a BA /BS /etc. and a TD or an MS/MA), please process a separate request per diploma.
• If you need to reset your username or password, please check this page.
• If you face a financial hold, please refer to the Business Office, at Businessoffice.beirut@lau.edu.lb or Businessoffice.byblos@lau.edu.lb.
• For diploma pick-up, personal identification must be shown and the person will digitally sign confirming the receipt of the diploma.
